
Matthew Edwards is the digital marketing manager for Ballast Books and Blue Balloon Books. Growing up in Jamaica and living with an autoimmune disorder, Matthew learned early that books can do more than entertain. They can expand what you believe is possible. Through books like The Laws of Human Nature, Relentless, Blue Ocean Strategy, and The Lean Startup, he discovered new ways of thinking about leadership, resilience, and creating meaningful change.
Today, Matthew is pursuing an MBA at Rollins College while working in digital marketing. What excites him most about publishing is the opportunity to help authors share ideas that can inspire, educate, and transform lives. Just as books helped shape his own goals and ambitions, he believes great books have the power to change the trajectory of someone else’s life.
When he's not working or studying, Matthew can usually be found reading about business, healthcare innovation, and entrepreneurship.
